1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Austin House Cleaners website or booking our cleaning services in Austin TX or surrounding areas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Austin House Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. Scope of work, pricing, and schedule will be confirmed at booking. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside our scope.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in inability to book future services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at booking (e.g., upon completion of service or as per recurring plan). We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle unless otherwise specified. Late payment may result in suspension of service and/or late fees.
5. Liability Limitations
Austin House Cleaners is insured for our operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service in question unless otherwise required by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, valuables not disclosed, or issues arising from client-provided equipment or instructions. Client is responsible for securing valuables and informing us of any special conditions.
6. Access and Presence
Client agrees to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property and no one is available to let us in, the visit may be considered complete and charged accordingly unless we were notified in advance.
7. Satisfaction and Complaints
We strive for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right, which may include a re-clean at no additional cost where appropriate.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
